                            Terms and Conditions for Offline Recruitments

OUR FEE

Through Data Bank: Our placement fee will be one and half month's  CTC salary (ie 12.5% of annual  CTC salary ) for each placement made through our data bank.

Through Search /Head-hunt: Our placement fee will be 25% of the CTC annual salary  (that is, three months' CTC salary)  in addition to the actual expenses incurred on STD telephone calls , outstation travel by most convenient mode of travel, lodging boarding and local conveyance.

All expenses, for example, on attorneys, visas, travel etc. shall be borne by the client.

Payment schedule: The placement fee is to be paid within one month of joining of the candidates.

DELAYED PAYMENTS: The payment delayed will be charged interest @12%   per annum.

REPLACEMENT : Any candidate placed through us is subject to replacement if the candidate leaves within 3 months provided:

the candidate has left on his own accord i.e. his services were not terminated by the company or he was not compelled to leave.

If no replacement is required or we are unable to provide a suitable replacement within a period of 30 days of the leaving then all the placement fee except 20%  is credited to clients accounts for a period of 12 months. If the amount credited is not utilized before the expiry of the same period, then the amount is  not refunded.

Kindly send payments in the name of OVERVIEW CONSULTANTS by A/C Payee cheque or demand draft (in case of outstation clients) drawn at any bank in Delhi.

The client shall pay  statutory taxes to Overview Consultants  if applicable at the prescribed  rates; presently the service tax is @8%.

APPOINTMENT LETTER :A copy of appointment letter along with a detailed statement containing all components of remuneration package will be made available to Overview Consultants for billing purpose.

If these terms and conditions are acceptable please send your acceptance in a hard copy with a covering letter on your company stationery by signing the duplicate copy of this offer in the following portion.

Please also send a written document laying down the specifications for the manpower you require so that it is ensured that these specifications are frozen.
