OUR FEE
Through Data Bank: Our placement fee will be one month's CTC salary (that is 8.33% of annual CTC salary) up to middle management and one and half month’s CTC salary (that is 12.5% of annual CTC salary) for higher levels.
Through Search Head Hunt fee will be 25% of the CTC annual salary (that is, three months' CTC salary)
All expenses, for example, on advertisement, incurred on ISD and STD telephone calls , outstation travel by most convenient mode of travel, lodging and boarding and local conveyance etc is to be borne by the client.
Payment schedule:
Such fee has to be paid in three equal parts, that is, at the stages of awarding the assignment to us, on submission of CVs to you and on when you issue Letter of Intent or offer to the candidate.
Your work shall be processed on the basis of priority determined, depending on amount paid by you as your commitment, such amount shall be non refundable.
DELAYED PAYMENTS: The payment delayed will be charged interest @ 12% per annum.
REPLACEMENT : Any candidate placed through us is subject to replacement if the candidate leaves himself in three months , only 20% of the CTC salary shall be charged once again to re-process the work.
Kindly send payments in the name of OVERVIEW CONSULTANTS by an A/C Payee Cheque or a pay order at any bank in Delhi.
The client shall pay statutory taxes to Overview Consultants if applicable at the prescribed rates.
APPOINTMENT LETTER: A copy of appointment letter along with a detailed statement containing all components of remuneration package will be made available to Overview Consultants for billing purpose.
